Does anyone know of a compilation of Zephyr diner recipes or books on the
subject ? I recently purchased one on the Harvey House and recipes that
the Santa Fe used, and another book that had a sampling of recipes from
many roads, including a few from the "Q". But these are somewhat exotic:
my wife would like to see more, and hopefully find a few slightly more
practical.
