The depot you describe is most likely the one on the Sanborn Map.....the
dimensions and description match. The one that I mentioned being on the
Riverside plat was before it and in a different location. The existing
depot is the third one at Riverside, maybe the fourth one if Lyons was
located further west and you count it. And there were also freight station
buildings.
I am going to scan the map for Steve and will post a version of the file to
the BRHS files section sometime next week.
