Pete,
I seem to recall that one evening after the merger there was some major
fumbling of the ball at Cicero and the power for a certain Intermodal
Train was nowhere in sight. Used 3 of those lightweight SD7's to get
it out of town. IIRC they ran it to somewhere West of Oregon before
they met an Eastbound to trade power with. I'm sure the carbon traps
were cleaned out after that trip.
