The information I have shows that #69/64 originated in Cicero and went
west to Barstow. Some engineer time books I have from 1953 and 1954 show
the TR-2s working these trains. After mid-1954 the time books show
usually a pair of GP-7s, sometimes a lone SD-7.
Can anyone add to this?
