It was issue #32, 2nd issue of 1995.

#200 was reported to be painted Chinese Red by 1965, last B&G photo 7-
62, first R&G photo 5-70.

#201 was reported to still be black in 1969, but photographed in red 
on 8-69 with wide white side sill on frame.

#209 was reported in black on 8-66, in red on 9-68.
