ex Q F3B's in lease service

Here's one for all of you.

I recently aquired a pair of slides of former Q F3B's 
stenciled "General Electric Company Owner" over the "Burlington". 
Numbers are 130C and 128B. Slides are labeled:
Weehawken NJ July 9 1967
Ex CBQ leased to NYC

My question is were there more of these?
Were these trade-ins on the U28B's?
