I don't know for sure but, I would say more than likely it is, or
it would be very close.
My Mother and Aunt just made a trip to Thomson, My Home town,
and took pictures of Potter's, Camp Ground There and My Aunt told me
the UP bridge in Clinton only had about 4 feet or so and the water
would be up to the bridge,
But If you sit and watch the Web cam at Rochelle IL, there are plenty
of BNSF trains headed for Savanna,
Unless there is another route they can go from there, I don't know.
I could call my Dad who lifes in Savanna and ask him.
Unless the water has made it up to his house, He lives out on Dody RD.
