The 700 series cars were also pulled by the early shovel nose diesels as well
as steam engines. My hope is that they don't get cut up but go to another
commuter agency. The gallery cars also show the foresight of design by the
Burlington and Budd as many newer passenger cars have already worn out and
have been cut up fro scrap.
