Winton was *not* an outside supplier. IIRC, it was acquired in 1930. Their
straight 8 marine diesel was then evolved (under the famed Charles
Kettering - "All we did was to build the diesel the way it *wanted* to
work" -) to the 191 distillate unit, thence to the 201A. The 567 was an
in-house improvement by the Kettering team.
