Thanks Karl I also looked it up today and all the neat info on wheels is in 
Rule 41 and more on bearings is in Rule 70.
I was a little off in my generalized bearing description as a 6 1/2X12 is a 
100 tonner so a 9x12 would probably equate to a 150 tonner.They may not be 
that far off as the test center is working on 315,000 GRL tests now.
