- Thanks, I have been using a 75-25% dullcote/glosscote. I will try the glosscote then the mix. I thought it might have been the lacquer base. Thanks for all the help, Malcolm PS I am sending in my app

- Hi, You can't overcome the proportion of "flatteners" in Dullcote by adding Glosscote. Start with a known mix ratio using Glosscote as the base and adjust it drop by drop with Dullcote. I'll bet you
