I'd like to know as well if anyone finds a match.  I have a number of older proto engines that I'd consider painting.  I was very pleased with the match between the new GP7s and my Kato NW2s. Duncan

Group, I started some experiments to find a commercial grey similar to what was used on the Walthers GP-7s. The best match so far is Pollyscale 414158 Milwaukee Road Gray. It is still a touch lighter

Eric, I have purchased paint several times from Narrow Gauge Modeling Co. They have both unopened bottles of Polly Scale and Floquil. They show they have bottles of the Milwaukee Road Gray available
