I believe that a long time ago, Hol Wagner had answered that the TCZ cars did not have tinted windows, as delivered. I'm not sure they ever got them. The dome, of course, was tinted. Maybe he can ans

Another approach to adding tint - Tamiya has a number of translucent, colored paints intended for this. Airbrushing that should work well, if a suitable color can be found or mixed. I have brushed it
