Thread-topic: Tinted vs Clear Windows in HO Passenger Cars
Group:

I have some factory finished Shoreham TCZ cars that have clear windows installed (except the dome windows).  I'm thinking of changing them to tinted windows, but I want to put interiors in them.

I think the interiors will stand out more if I leave the clear windows.  The tinted windows in the dome hide the details of the seats somewhat.  I am not planning on lighting up the interiors.

I have other post war CB&Q cars (that had prototype tinted windows) that are unfinished without windows, but I want to be consistent on which style of windows I end up installing.

I wondered what the experience of others has been with this, and any advice.
