Keith, The Hoopole, Yorktown, and Tampico Railroad connected with the CB&Q at Tampico.  The website link you provided has an abundant amount of information and photos on "The Dummy" as it was called.

The Hooppole, Tampico & Yorktown was featured in a Lucius Beebe book and indeed used a lot of 2nd hand CB&Q equipment. It's only outside connection was with the Q @ Tampico, birthplace of Pres. Ronal
