Hi all, I've been following this thread with much interest, the question came to mind about what color or shade is mineral red. My limited research definitely shows mineral red is as ambiguous as box

I don't have as much experience as many of you, but my observations (a lot from photos) is that the "red" cab roofs started out on the orange side of red, close to the old Floquil zinc chromate prime
