The snapshots added to our CB&Q Yahoo files - can anyone (vintage truck expert!) ID the make & approx age of the CB&Q dump truck? Have never seen any truck remotely like thisd one in CB&Q MoW photos

Hi Gerald, I think I've solved the puzzle. I found a photo of a 41 Ford COE(cab over engine) that is a dead match of the grill and body lines of the dump truck cab in question. One thing to remember,

and with style of clothing of the men working with it I'd guess the snapshots were taken late 40's/early 50's (trucks lasted longer on any RR than auto's) Now we need to get someone to make an HO mod
