- I just finished rereading BB#47 and everything else I have on Q GP-7s and SD-7s, and I can't find anything about what horns were used. The prime mover for both was the EMD 567B without dynamic brakes

- In terms of the horn, I'm pretty sure the Q used the Leslie A-200 on their road units up through the GP20s/SD24s based on photographs that I have seen. After that, I think they went with the Leslie
