Looking at the Sanborn Maps (which were updated through 1962 for Omaha), there are no silos at the brewery. There is a large grain elevator northwest of the brewery which is what suspect is in the im

Bill and all, I think I found the answer. The photo in BB20 appears to be mislabeled. Attached is a picture of the Falstaff malting plant in Chicago and the track arrangement and position of the silo
