- The site is: http://dotlibrary.specialcollection.net/ however it used to have a scanned copy of the report but now it just shows a block that gives the road and document no. Not really usable at all.

- This may be the site; although I thought that the one I was thinking of had reports going back earlier than 1911. The original report IS included; you click on PDF version and it will show you a scan
