This may be the site; although I thought that the one I was thinking of had 
reports going back earlier than 1911.
The original report IS included; you click on PDF version and it will show you 
a scan of the report in its original format
rather than the transcribed version.  Some of the original reports have photos 
and diagrams not included in the text version,
although some of the text ones do have the graphics as well.
