Can anyone help me with the Q's nose grabs on the E units? Is there a commercial part you can buy? Can anyone tell me the width? It appears to be 17" or so. The 22" commercial grabs look too big to m

Hello' The grabs up the side of the nose are 17" and you can use either of these. Walther's numbers are 229-2202 or116-29100 and the ladder grabs at the top edge of the nose are 229-2215. You might c

John and Gordon, Thanks for the numbers on the grabs. I have ordered them from Walthers. Is there a part for the bottom and top grab rungs that extend pretty far along the nose or are you using the 2

Rich, I thought you were modeling the Q in the 1940's if so you won't have to worry about the nose or roof grabs on the E's and the passenger F's, or the nose grabs on the freight F's. 9960-62 ABC st
