The Adobe Flash notice applies to everything - all browsers, all operating systems. Adobe is ending support for Flash and recommends that everyone uninstall it. According to their "End of Life" mess
The default Windows setting for Windows 7 has Flash Player turned off. You can turn it on and access the link until the end of December for Windows 7. Windows 7 recommends that you keep Flash Player
