The only "CZ" car that would be exact of course with lettering changes made would be the 6-5 Pullmans. They are exact for the 1956 DZ's Silver Pelican and Silver Swan. The Baggage cars are prototype

Not that it would help the current question, but the MP domes & 10-6s are CZ pattern cars - except for the wheel skirting. I haven't really looked to see if BLI did the skirting so you could cut it o

All of the MoPac Budd 10-6s had slab sides. None were fluted. The 1949 cars did not have the extra aisle windows. Mike Cafferata --Original Message-- From: CBQ@yahoogroups.com [mailto:CBQ@yahoogroups

Thanks Mike I wasn't sure about the early 1949 10-6's. I guess the question was could the CZ 10-6 Pullmans built by Budd work for the Mo Pac 10-6's, the answer is no. Loren Johnson [Non-text portions

I don't think the 6-5's built for the DZ were exactly the same as those for the CZ. The DZ cars did not have the ridge extending from the upper door frame but rather a lip to deflect water, similar t

Be careful.... the 1952 cars and the 1956 cars may have some architectural differences not reflected in the floor plan or window arrangement....the treatment of the door and the door opening changed
