I have 13 photos of UTLX cars and 7 of them have white stenciling. Most of the car bodies are black, but two of them are sort of an oxide color. Only one cars appears to have had the reporting marks

John, one last point on Gold Vs. white stencils on UTLX cars. A not well known point is that UTC did not have its own mfg. facility until 1967! Prior to then the tanks were built by Graver Tank in Ea
