Tom, I know this does not really help but the 3 or 4 times a day "Pingers" from Dubuque to East Cabin would certainly have gone thru a tunnel every trip. That would be an interesting location to mode

the only real tunnel I can think of is at East Debuque a.k.a East Cabin on the Illinios Central. This tunnel has a tight curve in it. The 5632 did a photo runby thru it once that I know of, seem slid

East Dubuque and East Cabin are not the same location. These are two separate and distinct Railroad Stations. For example the CN-IC has a center siding at East Cabin, the BNSF at East Dubuque.
