Not really. The Bachmann loco has 63" drivers; the proposed hog has 52" drivers....the same as a USRA 0-8-0. It does have a little more modern architecture than the D-4s but looks more like them tha

MarshallI don't think these were rebuilds...there is no reference to "rebuild" anywhere on the drawing. The date on the drawing is obscured but it looks like it was prepared when the D4s were too new
