- This has been on the list before. The Q hauled GN & NP ore jinnies, down the "Peavine" to Galesburg, then via Bushnell to Beardstown. From Beardstown they went to Granite City Steel via East Alton. T

- John, I only remember ore trains heading for Litchfield from Concord. When you say they went to Granite City via East Alton, do you mean via the Beardstown - St. Louis Sub-division? I don't remember
