Just a quick guess after a look at the Wilson picture; looks like a B&O steel round roof baggage car. I think they were painted blue (or at least some of them were). They kinda look like half of a PR

Johnathan I don't think it is a Burlington car. It was quite common for cars from other roads to run in Q trains ie: mail, express etc. Ken Martin

Seems like a couple of years or so ago Mike Spoor gave a presentation at the Sunday morning breakfast at a BRHS meeting about foreign headend cars on Q trains. He had a multi page handout. Perhaps so

Jonathan, This is not a Burlington car. This is a Baltimore and Ohio C-15 baggage-express car. Also, (in Wilson's book) this is the relatively newly refurbished Nebraska Zephyr (no. 11/12). Note the
