Rawil, Have never seen the actual model but can offer a general viewpoint: This does seem to be a fairly accurate model of a CB&Q 16xxxx series hopper built in the 60's by Bethlehem Steel at Johnstow

Walthers released these cars a couple years ago without the beet lettering. I think they are just trying to sell more of them. Me I would strip the "beet loading" off and put in coal. 8^) Ken Martin
