Tom; Warm up your search engine. University of Illinois Library has aerial photos posted on their website of Fulton County from 1938. Appearantly they have photos of the whole state but Fulton County

Russ, Yes, it was done west of Galesburg. I remember asking an employee in Macomb about it in the late 50's/early 60's (can't pin done a more specific date) and he said they sprayed the rail at least

Duncan, Near as I can remember from back in the 1960's there was almost nothing but tank cars painted & lettered for Hubinger "OK' brand corn syrup. I don't remember any of the plant/track layout tho
