I blew up your photo and counted the louvers -- there appears to be 10 in each vent. That shouldn't be a problem for a little 3D magic. But then I rechecked my model and the chicken wire (which I assume is about 5 thousands of an inch in depth) goes from one porthole to the other. That would also have to be scraped off to get a true 135A. Hmmmm.

 

So I'm rethinking. Probably the easiest thing to do is to spray paint the red and black stripe right over everything and call it a day. I'll just make sure I'm not home when the CB&Q Paint Police come calling.

 

I've included a photo of 135's sister F3 No. 121A & B so you should be able to see the detail I'm talking about.
