I was recently asked to scan five slides for the Dover Museum in New London.  The grain elevator in 1963 was being razed to build a new concrete elevator which is still there.  The fastest way to get it down was a controlled burn.  I was surprised and pleased to see what is in the background of one of the slides.  The crew of this eastbound was also probably surprised to pass by such a massive fire.
