These are the Head End Power versions. I think these are the modified 
cars that the West Suburban Mass Transit District sent to Budd in 
1973-74 for upgrading to 440 volt electricals to match the rebuilt 
E8s/E9s electricals done by Morrison Knudson at the same time.
The original Q Budd cars will have differences as someone pointed out on 
the list a few weeks ago with details and photos.
If this version sells as well as I think Rapido expects it to, I am 
hopefully we'll see the original Q versions in a future run.
