Leo and Charlie, I was able to open the jpg of the coal company, but not the tiff labeled as boxcars.
If my information is correct the only rail-served business left is the sugar plant. I'm looking forward to the article in the upcoming BB.
As a kid, I remember seeing long strings of cars going into the north siding at Prairie and coming out of the south siding at Maple. At night, when trying go to sleep, we'd hear the slack action as cars were pulled out of the Congo. It was actually kind of soothing.
