Thank you Eric and all who responded with the info I needed to construct my CB&Q stands. The wide rectangular target and the marker on top of the switch pole are the distinguishing features I wanted to show and I believe my model is a reasonable facsimile.

Going by memory here which is dangerous, but somebody measured the targets and came up with 30" wide by 9" tall.
