[CBQ] Depot classes

In the depot folio set the archives put tout a couple of year ago thereare two 
drawings of Class “B” passenger and freight depots.
The two are different sizes and looking at photos I have seen depots described 
as class ”B” that do not look like either drawing.

Can anyone describe what a class “B” depot designation meens?
Also how it differess from a class “A” and a class “C” if there is one?
