Yes that is correct, Calumet City was the IHB feed and rest yard.

Wasn’t Calumet City the IHB feed and rest yard ? If so these sheep are being reloaded for movement to eastern markets. The Q would have interchanged them to the Harbor at the “Park” (Congress Park).
