Yes it was worn by Railway Mail Service employees on the train. I have one with 32 on it.

U.S.M BURLINGTON ROUTE 310 CONDUCTORS BADGE RAILROAD L@@K | eBay It’s triangular but with rounded points
and sides, a Burlington Route herald in the middle with “U.S.M.” above it and “310” below. Anyone know anything about it?
