Chapin certainly could be a possibility.There is a big grain location (Chapin Farmers Elevator) along an apparent abandoned ROW on a NE / SW alignment through town. If this ROW was the Q, it would have crossed the Wabash probably somewhere near Congress Street. The elevator would be a couple blocks away. Nothing on the satellite or street view looks like the building in the picture, but I would imagine it would have been torn down.
