Charlie  Do you have Earl Currie's two new volumes "Burlington Northern....A Great Adventure  1970=1979"   and  'Transformation of a Railroad Company  1980-1995

If you don't GET EM.  Everything you ever wanted to know regarding who did what to who and why they did it and how it all came out.

Not cheap but they will keep you fascinatingly busy for many hours

All-

On the occasion of the completion of bookshelves that now hold all my

railroad books (but sadly are not sufficient for my magazine collection), I

am reminded that there were, in the last year or so, several books pending

that are of interest to Burlington Route readers.

Has there been any progress on any of them?  Now that I am in the Land of

No Hobby Shops I am out of touch with what is going on in the railroad book

world.

I do have space for a few more CB&Q volumes!!
