Randy:  What you are looking for is not actually font in the normal sense.  The Block Gothic lettering used with the Chinese Red scheme was a guide to cut stencils for the paint  shop crews. Micro scale usually just uses available artist fonts that are close to desired lettering, not necessarily a match.  Included is a sheet of letters and numbers I use for laying out decal art work,  It is copied directly from the Q artwork. The numbers used on Chinese Red units are 12-inches high. I hope this helps.  Jim Sandrin
