There was a partial history and a photo in the BRHS’s Zephyr #35 publication from 1997, with a note in Zephyr #36, as attached.

I would love to obtain a good photo and history of Costello Tower in Monmouth. It was named after a relative and my Grandpa worked in the tower as a young man. His father was the engineer of CB&Q Switcher 1307 in Monmouth.
