My Great Grandpa was the engineer of the CB&Q switcher #1307 in Monmouth, IL at the turn of the 20th Century. I commissioned an HO replica of his engine 30 years ago. I would like to add some CB&Q and M&StL freight cars from theera to my collection. Your page at: http://www.burlingtonroute.org/Qrailroad/modeling/HO_kits.php#Covered%20Hoppers is very helpful at finding CB&Q cars, but not narrowing down the dates that they were in operation.
