Second, notice the outside braced insulated boxcar (RBL) behind the locomotive. That doesn't surprise me as I imagine it is for Carnation and I have other photos at Oregon of green/yellow RBLs and older ice reefers at Oregon. This car is part of RBBQ series 79800-79899 built by Havelock in 1965!
I was just looking last night at the Flickr site now linked from the BRHS website members only page (referenced in a previous post) and amazingly found a photo taken by Chuck Zeiler on the same day as the eBay slide that started this thread. More amazing is that it clearly shows RBBQ 79855! So now we know the actual number of the car I originally spotted in the eBay slide!

As further info on these cars, my wheel reports also show RBBQ 79836 on CB&Q train 70 on 03-06-1966 loaded with 45 tons of Liver Oil heading to International Harvester (no doubt in cans or drums!), and CB&Q 79877 empty on NP train E614 on 07-12-1969 headed home to Q rails (no consignee or destination listed).
