[CBQ] Savanna Yard East End Switching Leads

There is a slide on eBay of a BN locomotive which is listed as Savanna.

This seems to be Savanna to me, the east end yard leads. Can anyone confirm? If so, what are the two road bridges? I think the steel one furthest away is the bridge at the end yard office. But what about the wooden bridge closest to the camera? Are those stock pens to the right of the locomotives? And is the white building to the left a Q structure?

Any fill in will help me in modeling my east end Savanna yard lead.
