I have used Custom Finishing part # 197 "Shrouded Horn". I believe it was brass, but don't have any that aren't installed so can't be sure of that.

They were equipped with the Q standard S-2M horns, albeit in a type of shroud. That shroud was GE's attempt at keeping the horns from freezing or getting clogged with snow in winter. I surmise it wasn't very successful as it never caught on.
