Details West part #347 is the shrouded style the Q used it's a pewter casting. I also have one in brass, but don't remember who made it.

They were equipped with the Q standard S-2M horns, albeit in a type of shroud. That shroud was GE's attempt at keeping the horns from freezing or getting clogged with snow in winter. I surmise it wasn't very successful as it never caught on.
