[CBQ] 4960 @ Earlville,IL ?

Take a look at eBay item 312225624058 which purports to show 4960 at Earlville, 
IL in
9/60.  So if it is indeed Earlville it's either on the Rockfalls branch or what 
became the Baker stub because it's on single track branch line trackage.

Did the Q operate a steam excursion on the Rockfalls branch in Sept 1960 ? Or 
is the photo mislabeled and it was actually on the Fox River branch ?
