[CBQ] Old poem search

My boss had this poem framed , matted and hanging on the wall in his 
office. Any time there was a problem, he would look up, give a wry kinda 
smile and point to it.  Then we would sit and discuss how to fix 
whatever screw-up had occurred.
If we couldn't come up with something good, he would point to the next 
office over where his wife sat at her desk ib accounting. We made every 
effort to fix the problem before having to refer the problem to her! She 
was a very last resort.
